The main mission of the wide swath optical imaging satellite is aim to remote sense the ground and water-surface targets, in order to satisfy the operation requirements including land usage, mine exploitation, geologic hazard monitoring and law enforcement supervision. Merits of the satellite are instantaneous wide field of view, quick attitude manoeuvre with big angle, mass data processing, and target identifying & positioning on-orbit.
